Rectangular white ceramic tile shows five gray elephants marching. One elephant carries a U.S. flag. The others are playing various instruments. One animal is carrying a banner that reads "As Ohio Goes? So Goes the Nation / Dole in '96." At the bottom of the tile "Republican National Convention San Diego, California - August 12-15, 1996" appears. There is red felt on the back marked "An Original Design / from / Summitville / American Made American Owned Since 1912 / Summitville Tiles, Inc. Summitville, Ohio 43962 / 330-223-1511 www.summitville.com." This piece was made in 1996.
